DashBoard Shows 500 Internal Error!

Hi,
I am maintenaing 2 pfs server. the second act as standyby server. So I havd to download the first server config and upload it in the second server.
The second server is fresh new, and it's running as a guest OS in a Won8 host machine. both servers has the same vbox config so I think I don't have issue fro that.
The issue is of the second server. Aside from the antivirus not working, it also shows a big fat error message as attached below. Kindly please point me as to where and what am I missing?

That is where the update check text goes, so it's possible it is failing to pull the update check page from our servers properly. If it works on the primary and not the secondary, there must be something different in their network settings that prevents one from getting out.
