Get data from Captif Portail form

Hi there,

Im looking to get data from form.

Like: (captiv.html)

Name:

Surname:

Email:

I'm ok for CGU

I would like get name/surname/email/cgu field and sock it in external mysql database (we dont use auth, just stock data in sql).

How i must proceed, cause i need to be connect on the internet before i send data ;)

In fact action="$PORTAL_ACTION$" make me some troubles…

any idea please?
