      After the "(remove ? from URL)" spree, tons of forum and external links are invalid.  >:(

        There should be redirects that move one to another with/without the ?. Are they still broken? If so, can you link one that's still broken?

          They're redirects from the old page name to the new, they all work that I've seen. It was broken before that in places that linked to http://doc… rather than HTTPS, the Apache redirect turned the %3F into ? in the HTTPS URL and broke the links until that was done. If you know of any links that aren't working, please give examples.
