So recently I moved and switched from cable to DSL and I pretty much just migrated my equipment except using a gigabit PoE injector for my AP.  I recently went to icanhazip.com to get my public IP while working on my work VPS and to my surprise it returned my local LAN IP.  I'm somewhat confused and have got in touch with the gentleman from rackspace that runs the site and he wasn't sure why it was returning this address, 10.10.72.56.

My setup is a pfSense box in a router on a stick topology, the trunk from the pfSense LAN port has my managent/LAN, Guest, Voice & Lab vlans.  My other trunked port is to my engenius AP.  I only really have at this time a synology NAS, Apple TV and IP Camera on the main LAN vlan.  Is there something I've got checked or a setting I am overlooking for icanhazip.com to report my internal IP.  It's also reporting this from all the devices connected to my LAN.  If I connect to my Guest VLAN over Wi-Fi my public IP address is reported correctly.
