        Seems to work again, but really…

        • why can't this use a local cache as fallback in the first place
        • why do I end up with a screwed state where some packages look as "installed" even though they are not installed at all
        • why do I end up with a screwed state where some packages look as "installed" even though they have half of the files missing
        • and worse yet, reinstall all packages feature does not do anything any more

              It wasn't down. There was at least one file per minute fetched every minute of every hour that day. Upwards of 2000 files fetched successfully within the hour of that timestamp.
