        Well

        I'm still trying
        Not with much success

I was able to connect the phone to pfsense

But it disconnects after a few seconds

        While it is connected
The dhcp and \ or the DNS stop working

The wan2 get ip only if the dhcp does not work

I still can not connect the cell phone to pfsense

I tried all sorts of options but I'm not getting on with it
          I thank you for help

The ip I get from the mobile is 192.168.43.11

          pfsense has two lan
192.168.0.1 the dhcp handing out addresses from 1 to 99
192.168.2.1 the dhcp handing out addresses from 1 to 99

          Occasionally it works
And connects for a few seconds

          But when it happens
These services stop working off and on
          apinger
          dhcpd
          dnsmasq
          ntpd
          squid
          avahi

What is two options bottom of the page

          How I do it

It may help if you stated which hotspot you are running on your cell phone?

                  There is only one option
                  Activation of an hotspot
                  And this is it
                  The rest of this option
What is the name of the hot spot
                  And password

The Cell Phone is Samsung Galaxy 3

You need to be running a hotspot on your Samsung Galaxy 3 for pfsense to connect to. Are you?

As a test, are you able to connect to the hotspot on your phone with a notebook or some other method successfully?

Does your carrier allow you to run a hotspot on your phone?

Yes I can connect to the phone with a laptop

And the operator does not have any problem with it

As a test, what happens if you assign your wireless to WAN interface?

Do you see the phone SSID in Status, Wireless?

What is displayed in Status, Interfaces?

So the results are the same whether the wireless is assigned to WAN or WAN2?

I did not notice you asked to connect the wan 1

wan one is wired network card

There are no options that there is in wan2

I have attached two pictures of the interface wan1
                                  And interface wan2

As a test, assign the wireless to WAN1 using Interfaces (assign) menu. Switch network port for WAN1 and WAN2 and save. Configure wireless for WAN1 using Interfaces, WAN1 menu. It may be helpful to power off/on the machine before re-configuration of wireless  to ensure a fresh start.

It does not work at all

                                      Now for some reason
I went into the settings of wan 2
I do not have an option to save
                                      I keep getting a message

You have to reassign the interface to be able to configure as dhcp.

You have to reassign the interface to be able to configure as none.

I tried to do it as well as you said
                                      I changed the interfaces
                                      But it did not matter
                                      I get the same message

I tried it on version 2.0.3

Since then I upgraded the version
And not I dealt with it
                                      I do not have smartphone
Now I have a smartphone for a few days
                                      So I am trying

Can be the current version 2.1.3
                                      It is impossible ?

                                        I get the error message
