Error when uploading portal page contents

Hello guys i receive this error when uploading portal page content with size over 40 mb

this is my error get "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 117751792 bytes) in /etc/inc/xmlparse.inc on line 276 "

please explain me what to do

See the bottom of the file upload page:

The total size limit for all files is 1.00 MB.

You can get another web server running, put all those files on it, and refer to them from your portal page.  You might need to add the web server to Allowed IP Addresses or Allowed Hostnames.
