Working setup with squid-dev, squidguard and antivirus

Dear All,

I require squid-dev3 with squidguard and antivirus system, everything goes well with certain tinkering , but at the restart, I have to save squid setting again to make it work (http/https filtering and antivirus), otherwise no filtering or antivirus.

I am posting a bounty of $100 for any working and stable solution.
