Pfsense 2.0.1 and Gladinet

Hi,

I am having an issue getting pfsense 2.01 working with Gladinet - it cannot mount virtual drives. (I am trying to mound virtual drives on the Amazon S3 simple storage).

Gladinet is a product that allows me to access cloud storage.

It fails to mount them even though I specify the proxy option in the product.

The gladinet vendor is asking me if the proxy has contacted the Amazon s3 service.

So my question is how should I troubleshoot this with pfsense. which logs should I look at.
Is there a seperate logs for the proxy?

So after some general guidence on how to resolve this type of problem.
