      Hello,
as subject, I'm encountering this behavior: when I edit an alias or add a new rule, and push the apply changes button, the active connections are dropped (RDP, Telnet/AS400, ICA).

Firewall optimization is normal and pf scrubbing is on.

I'm running pfsense in vmware (ethernet are E1000)

      Version is:
      2.0.1-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Mon Dec 12 18:43:51 EST 2011
      FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE-p6

      Any Idea?
      Thanks :)

Check Status > Gateways - you probably have a gateway showing as offline.

Fix the gateway, change the monitor IP, or disable state killing for down gateways (System > Advanced, Misc tab, at the bottom)
