One-hour of orientation on internal processes and he acts and performs like he's worked here for years. (In a way, perhaps he has). We're happy to be able to find Steve and bring him into the fold. It's already paying off.
This should serve as notice that if you learn the product and demonstrate the skills needed to help others, this could be you! :)
We're not getting any smaller as an organization and will need qualified people in the future.
