CP wont redirect page

Hi guys. I got two questions.
Question 1
I had configured CP and use D-Link DWL-G700AP the CP work well but when I change AP to CISCO Linksys WRT320N the page wont CP wont redirect.
I tried disabled some feature such proxy filter and use same configuration as D-Link but CP still wont out.
Is there any configuration that I miss or this AP dont support the CP?Question 2
In my college's network it need to set proxy first at end-device before can access the internet and I want implement the CP by using this network for another mini project.
I had set the college's proxy in System: Advanced: Miscellaneous for the internet access.
When I try to connect the AP, CP's page wont redirect or appear except the end-device disable the college's proxy.
I want make the CP can appear even the proxy are enable. Is there any way for this problem? -
1/ Disable DHCP on the WRT320N and connect it via the LAN port.
2/ Absolutely no interest in proxies, sorry. Maybe someone else. (You will save yourself a lot of trouble by reconsidering what your really NEED.)
