Hello everybody Im am new to this forum.

I want to set up a captive portal for wlan users in a Hotel with a freeradius (linux) server. Has anybody done this before and confirm this to work?

My 2nd question is about a billing system, maybe someone can give a tip of such a system. Thank You very much.

Did you read that thread: http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=162.0 ?
It covers that topic, though no linux radius server is involved, the process from the pfsense side should be the same. Also check out the tutorial that is mentioned there.

yes I read that. And I also had a look at the good HowTo. Unfortunatly it only covers Windows Radius Services. Therefor I just want to know if such a config woult also be possible with a Linux based radius server. (I think yes..)
