I want to use the In & Out rules to slowdown the download and upload speed of a range of IPs eg 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.200. I know hoe to restrict a single host or alias but I'm confused on a range. Would I use an alias setting?

        Use an alias.

If you enter a range into an alias set for a 'network' type, it will translate it into an exactly equivalent set of CIDR-masked networks that cover the IPs you entered.
