Client Bypassing Traffic Shaper somehow …...

Hi All,
I have posted this before with no response, and it's killing me. I have some clients who have for example a 2 MBPS speed limit, yet they are easily passing 6 MBPS.
Somehow they are bypassing the speed limiter.
Paid pfsense support simply had no idea in helping with this so it's over to the forum to see if anyone can help me.
Anyone at all have any idea how they are doing this ?

I am also having some kind of same issue. First of all… Which version are on? How to you know they are passing the limit? Through graph or ?

As to your paid pfsense support had no idea… Yeah I find that hard to believe.. Who did you pay?? Billys website that says they support pfsense?
