Squid 3 Not Blocking video streaming

Good day
Please, I have tried most of the config script I found over the internet and restarted squid, yet the youtube video still streams.
Please what do I do?

I also attached a screen shot of my squid report, does this means its not caching?

Please what do I need to do?

Block youtube.com and googlevideo.com?

That only shows a few requests, and the request wasn't serviced due to it not being in the cache (MISS)

I also found out that the squid doesnt start when I start up the pfsense. I have re-installed and installed severally. I also want to filter https and cache everything in my squid.

please I need urgent help

I have no idea. I don't use squid3 on pfSense anymore.
