Microsoft Windows and Captive Portal issues?

Hey guys,

Raise your hand if you're having issues with customers trying to connect through your captive portal and are getting "Diagnose Connection Problems" in IE even though ipautoconfigurationenabled = 0, and firefox and chrome connect just fine.

Also, any one having any issues with windows 8?  Gee, I wonder…..

You're actually stating that the Captive Portal doesn't work for you.
There is good news, and bad: you're wrong  ;)
