SquidGuard: Rewrites Rule Help

I can't find SquidGuard: Rewrites documents. Is there a doc?

I need find&replace rewrite rule. How I can do it?

If URL like this:
http://website.com/index.php?action=XXX-ZZZ
http://website.com/sites/newfile.phpaction=XXX-ZZZ
…
etc.

Find XXX-ZZZ and replace with AAA-BBB for any URL.

Target URL or regular expression?
Replace to URL?
Opt.?

I tried this expression but did'nt work.

Target URL or regular expression    (.)XXX-ZZZ(.)
Replace to URL                                $1AAA-BBB$2
Opt. –-
