      Hi all,

      I'm totally new to pfsense and FreeBSD so be gentle.

      I've bought 3 different wireless pci cards in the last two days and still i'm not able to make it work.

      the Current one in my Pfsense box is the TP-Link WN851ND running the Atheros 9227 chip set.

      Can anyone please take the time out to explain to me how the hell i get this to work in step by step format.

        Lets start with the basics:
        1. What build of pfSense are you using? (It is reported on the home page of your pfSense box.)
        2. Does your card have a supported chipset? Please post the output of pfSense shell command```
        pciconf -l

        
There are guides in _http://doc.pfsense.org_. Have you read/watched any of them?
