A firewall floating rule with the following settings should block "HTTPS sites like youtube and facebook and other video streaming sites".
Action: Block
Quick: Enabled
Interface: WAN
Direction: Any
Destination Port Range: 443 and 80;)

Hi!
I'm able to block youtube with pfsense and OpenDNS help.. so if it's okay for you to use openDns alongside your pfsense…your problem is solved.
