SquidGuard service state: STOPPED

Pls. help.. squidguard is not starting and running, while squid is running.

Ok, so Squidguard isn't running. Have you checked the service logs?

yes. and it still on "stopped" state

I mean the system logs, not the system state. System errors ought to show up in the relevant log file for Squidguard. Have you looked under 'Status\System Logs' or 'Diagnostics'? Or, failing that, have you tried looking at the SquidGuard logs from a command shell?

squidGuard isn't even a service/daemon.  It's a helper that gets called by Squid for every request processed.  Having a service status for it is kind of hacky since it runs on-demand.  The relevant question is, is it doing its job regardless of the dashboard status?
