Remote Client (RoadWarrior) passwordless

Hi,

Is it possible to setup OpenVPN so that remote client (road warrior) can access OpenVPN server without password but with key exchange for example?

Yes,

you can create an OpenVPN server with only certificates. If you go to the pfsense OpenVPN config menu you cann see the options which are allow.
user auth
SSL/TLS
SSL/TLS + user auth
