I have two pfSense firewalls. When I enable sync for Squid, all three text boxes (squidclamav.conf, c-icap.conf, and c-icap.magic) under the Antivirus tab are cleared on the backup firewall. If I manually re-enter the information and enable via the checkbox on the backup, everything works as normal, but the next time I make a change on the master and save (to cause a sync), the backup will be cleared.

Looking at the config.xml, I see that the <squidantivirus></squidantivirus>section (which is where all of this config is stored) actually gets removed for the backup.

Anyone else have this problem? I found a submitted bug report for it last year, and that's about it.

I am having the same issue with clam AV. As soon as the primary  syncs with the secondary it clears my config on the secondary and no VirusScan happens. Any ideas?
Temporarily I have disabled siync on the secondary but that is not the fix.
