      Hello everyone,
I'm very happy pfSense user. I'd like to make use of a commercial VPN like relakks. Now my issue is that I want to route the entire traffic over VPN.
      My setup:

      PC1 \
             >-----[switch]----[pfsense box]----internet
      PC2 /

The way I see it I need pfsense to run a VPN server so that I don't have to manually configure each PC to connect to the VPN.
Is this the right approach? I'm I missing something?

Thanks in advance for your input

      Regards,

      Fred

If you want to use Relakks look at their FAQ / Q&A

Q: Which protocols may I use to connect to Relakks? Does protocols like OpenVPN or SSL connections work?
A: Currentley we only offer connections using the PPTP protocol. However, we are looking into offering additional protocols in the future.

pfSense can only act as s PPTP server but not as a client.
Your clients behind the pfSense can connect directly to the PPTP-server of Relakks.
But you should know that if you have multiple Clients behind pfSense that want to connect to the same PPTP Server it wont work. (Only one client to the same Server at a time).
Search the PPTP-forum for more infos.

We do what we must, because we can.

Thanks for such a prompt answer GruensFroeschli,
I was aware that Relakks requires PPTP but I thought I could forward all the traffic that goes in my pfSense box directly to Relakks' PPTP server.

Thank you for clearing that up
