      Hi,

Very beginner as I am, so, I would like to use Pfsense as a router, because I have two servers (in VM environment) on different subnet. First I thought I give Pfsense two network card (Vmnet2, Vmnet3) but that is not working, only if I set one of network card for NAT, but I do not want from my VR env to see the internet, just my virtual environment (Host-Only or Specific Virtual network e.g vmnet) . Is it possible? Would you please advise?

      Thanks
      R.

        Hi

Maybe look here where dreamslacker writes: "Under Advanced system settings, you can disable NAT.  That will turn the box into a pure non-gateway router."

        http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=30839.0

Then configure routing on the box and dont use any NAT in ether workstation or the pfsense box.
