        What do you want to do? Don't you want your local users to ping your gateway?

        To achieve that create a block rule on LAN for protocol ICMP with source and destination IPs any.

          and disable the antilockout rule on the LAN, on the Advanced page. Make sure you put in rules to allow webGUI access first.
