Assigned privileges for proxy config only

hello

i need to create a webgui user to access only the page:

WebCfg - Services: Proxy Filter: Groups ACL

but this option doesn't  appear on the assigned privileges page.

is there anything i can do about it?

Packages are not covered by that feature by default. It needs some extra coding by the package maintainer to do that.
I do not know any package which allows that.
