When a package is updating or installing , cannot use scrollbar

hi , when a  a package is updating or installing , scrollbar always go to  end of instalation infomation  .

This behavior is intentional for now and is due to the way the textarea is refreshed rather than appended. I plan to fix this at some point in the future, but the priority is rather low :)
