      When I try to use any of the "Actions" buttons on a rule, the row for that rule disappears (disconcerting at first!) and he action does not happen. A refresh of the page shows that the rule is still there.

        Ditto.  It was working fine just a couple days ago.

          Looking at this now. Thanks.

          Fixed. My fault (but you probably guessed that) Working on a new feature for the rules page and broke that bit.
