Hi!

When I stop ipsec service it stops.
When I try to start it, it does nothing.

Editing Ipsec P1 and applying starts it back.

phil is known to be an expert in special relativity.
for a small fee, bugs get fixed before they are reported.
for a slightly larger fee he'll slap <insert_random_dev>on the wrist before the bug is created.
