Забекапил все, вместе с пакатеми
сделал полный сброс
потом пришлось заново настроить сеть
и только потом восстановить все

Внимание вопрос ))))
Можно сделать все это настройку сети и восстановление настроек и пакетов прям из консоли?

Из консоли можно сохранять/восстанавливать файл конфига, но волшебной команды нет - все руками.

Если есть возможность загрузиться с CD и компьютер с pfsense имеет USB-порт:

f you find that you need to restore a configuration to a new setup for some reason, but do not want to go through all the trouble of setting up a system and restoring via the WebGUI, there is a much easier way.

pfSense has, as part of the installation routine, a "Pre-Flight Install" or PFI. PFI will check for an existing configuration on a USB drive, and use it instead. When you install to the HDD, it will copy this configuration, and then the first time you visit the WebGUI afterward, it will reinstall your packages.

First, make sure you have a config backup from the old system (You did make backups, right?)
On a DOS/FAT formatted USB drive, make a directory called "conf"
Copy a backup config to the conf directory
Rename the backup to config.xml

Example: If your USB drive is E:, this would now be E:\conf\config.xml

Take the USB drive and Plug it into your router
Boot the LiveCD
Install to the hard drive
Reboot the router
Remove the USB drive only AFTER the system has begun to reboot.

N.B.: If you remove the USB drive too early, it may still be mounted and the system will panic.

Remove the LiveCD as well at this point

It should boot off the HDD with the restored configuration.

This method is a lot easier than reconfiguring the LAN and restoring via the network, since it can be done without connecting the new system to a network at all.
