How long is the voucher for?
The DHCP lease cannot expire before the voucher. (Well, the DHCP IP address cannot be given to another MAC address, which is more a function of pool size/devices not lease time).
I generally use Automatic MAC address passthrough with username for long voucher periods. Using that you can make your DHCP lease time whatever you want. The pruner will delete the MAC address pass-through entry when the voucher expires.
