Just installed to last update 2.3.b.20160330.1215_1  and noticed that my CPU's were running hot due to power management not setting in.
On closer inspection routing logs show the below error every few seconds.  I simplified the setup down to only one interface from ISP and  second to LAN and it still does it.

Are you using IPv6? What's your config like if so?

Nope, IPv6 is disabled (set to NONE) on all Interfaces and allow IPv6 unchecked in System/Advanced/Networking.  This is the startup log for radvd, funny you mention ipv6 because it seems to have some issue according to the logs, even though I have it disabled.

What I did not have disabled, and seems to be enabled by default was DHCP6 server and Router Advertisements. Disabling both of them followed by a reboot now shows an empty log window instead of:

        Mar 30 13:15:24 radvd 27048 version 1.9.1 started
        Mar 30 13:15:24 radvd 27048 IPv6 forwarding setting is: 0, should be 1
Mar 30 13:15:24 radvd 27048 IPv6 forwarding seems to be disabled, but continuing anyway.
Mar 30 13:15:24 radvd 27048 no auto-selected prefix on interface igb1, disabling advertisements
Mar 30 13:15:24 radvd 27869 sendmsg: Operation not permitted
Mar 30 13:15:27 radvd 27869 attempting to reread config file
Mar 30 13:15:27 radvd 27869 no auto-selected prefix on interface igb1, disabling advertisements
Mar 30 13:15:27 radvd 27869 sendmsg: Operation not permitted
Mar 30 13:15:27 radvd 27869 resuming normal operation
Mar 30 13:15:37 radvd 27869 sendmsg: Operation not permitted
Mar 30 13:15:44 radvd 27869 sendmsg: Operation not permitted
Mar 30 13:15:52 radvd 27869 sendmsg: Operation not permitted
Mar 30 13:16:00 radvd 27869 sendmsg: Operation not permitted …

No news is good news i suppose in terms of empty router tab logs, doesn't even need to start the process apparently now.
Thanks for the assist, hopefully anyone that has this issue come up will find this fast solution.

It wasn't doing anything other than log spamming, but I'll change that to not start it even when enabled in that circumstance to avoid that. You won't see it anymore since you disabled RAs.
