PF was wedged/busy

I get this message sometimes, sometimes it's once a month some i don't hear from it for months and sometimes I see it every few days. Does anyone know what this could be, or what the cause of it could be ?

Do you have pfBlocker installed? If yes, check the rules and see which ones are causing the issue.
