      I moved from 2.2.6 to 2.3 via GUI with image upload and checked the full backup option.

      In previous version there was a restore option which I can't find in 2.3. Where do I have to look?

        The "full backup" option was removed, it's not a viable backup method any longer.

        Just grab a config backup from before the upgrade, reinstall with 2.2.6 and restore the config.
