Only use pfsense for authent voucher

Hi everybody,
I want to ask a question as :

• I have 2 sites ( Site A and Site B ), earch site have : router, Access Point ==> for access internet
• On site A , have pfsense server running ( Captive Portal )
• On site B, Access Point VPN to site A, and AP_B's gateway is Captive Portal NIC ( on site A )
  I want to client in site B , when they connect to AP_B , they'll transfer to Pfsense for verify ( voucher ). And then that traffic come back to Router_B go to internet
  But time voucher still count on site B
  Can you give me some solutions ?
