      Hi,

I have VM pfSense 2.3 on Citrix Xenserver 6.5 behind nat. Is it possible to run OpenVPN server on one NIC? If yes, should I add second virtual interface?

That's fine, and that's a typical way to deploy as a VPN appliance.

For traffic leaving pfSense going to the rest of the local network, you will need to apply outbound NAT to mask the source, or add a route for the tunnel network on whatever routing device is used as the default gateway on the local network.
