Action is not working in Service Status after upgrade to 2.3.1

Since I upgraded to version 2.3.1 the Action icons in Service Status at the Dashboard are not working anymore. In my case they are linked to 192.168.1.1/#. So restarting for example the openVPN connection only reloads the Dashboard

Working for me, 2.3.1

Try full refresh / reload /  clear cache in browser

If not, try incognito mode - one of your extensions/plugins may be interfering
