Your cache miss times are horrible.  Are you using a massive cache on a really slow disk?  It's taking a lot of time to confirm that the requested object isn't in the cache.

I loaded the default config for antivirus / squidguard then the performance are normal.

            I don't know why.

IMO, antivirus on the firewall is a waste of resources.  It slows everything down, and you can get much better AV solutions that run on the client.

Would someone mind posting how/where you are getting these Media Service Times from?

                Thanks

Login from console.  Run this command:

                  squidclient -h 10.10.0.1 -p 3128 mgr:info

Replace 10.10.0.1 with the IP address of your pfSense LAN.  If you get an access error then you need to add your LAN IP & localhost to squid's External Cache Managers config under Local Cache - Squid Cache General Settings like this:

                  127.0.0.1;Your.squid.IP.address

Like I said earlier, if you have a large cache structure that is mostly full on a slower hard disk then you will have elevated Cache Miss times.  The longer it takes to search the cache before declaring a MISS, the worse your numbers will be.
