      I have something very strange with my pfsense box.

      When I make a change in the config with the webgui… the next morning almost every setting has been resetted to the previous setting.

      For example, yesterday I made a new dns entry, today it's gone.

      I had this also with nat (outbound) and carp.
      So it seems like there is some cache or so...

      I'm running version:
      1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-01-31-2007
      built on Thu Feb 1 02:06:13 EST 2007

      Is this a known issue and is there a way to solve this?

      I have checked the cron jobs, but I couldn't find anything.

        try upgrading to 1.2RC2 or 1.2RC3
        the 1.0.1 builds are very old.

          Ditto that, 1.0.1 has a lot of bugs, 1.2RC3 has no known ones.

          The official RC3 release will be out tonight, but it'll be the same as what you find here now:
