Now you guys have me confused.
There is no 2.3.2, and there is no ntopng in the package repository!

You need to change the update settings in pfSense to the development branch. Then you'll see the 2.3.2 snapshots.
Once installed, you can then install ntopng from the package manager.

The last post I had seen from one of the developers seemed to indicate a couple of weeks until the release of 2.3.2. The 2.3.2 forum is relatively quiet, save some discussion/troubleshooting for the vnstat traffic totals package that's being worked on, so not sure if there's a more recent timeline or not.
If they're trying to coincide with the release of FreeBSD 11 (sometimes pfSense's release schedule has been very close to FreeBSD's), then we're probably looking at a little over a month, as FreeBSD 11 release builds are currently scheduled to start on August 19.
