How the heck to give feedback on the Wiki?

I have found a serious lack of information on one of the Wiki pages - the only one I have consulted so far - and it's impossible to comment or contribute in any way. Log on asks for a user name, no option to register a new user, Help (and a number of other links) leads to an 'empty page'. Not much use.
