NEED HELP ABOUT SQUIDGUARD AND SQUID

need help here

i upgraded the pfsense to 2.3.1-RELEASE-p5 i also downloaded the shalla using the "magic click"
but the thing is its not working. all it does is to start then after a minute it will stop

Did you make target category in squidguard
