Add text to login page

Is there an easy way to add text to the login page?

I looked at the index.php page, however there is some scripting there that I cannot seem to follow.

When searching the web, all I could find info one were ways to rebrand and remove the pfSense logos and copyrights, which I have no interest in doing.

The text that I would like to put some text under is where it says "Login to pfSense" just above the form.

This is required for compliance reasons within our industry, all devices must have a banner on them.

Should be easy enough to poke some extra text in there.
