I get the wifi to work by enabling interface but my cellphone says getting ip address and then it refuses conection.
Did try static ip , dhpc assigned ip , none option still no go
I did make a bridge and enabled it but still no go .
Thanks for your help

So does a wired connection work?
Did you enable dhcp server on this interface, what IP did you give it. Did you create any firewall rules?
If you set static - what did you set on your wifi?
What is your lan IP, what is your wifi IP? Masks?

192.168.2.80 /32
How would that work?? that is not a network that is just a single host address. You prob want that to be /24
why would you be blocking bogon?
And you only want clients on your wifi opt1 network to be able to talk ONLY to the pfsense LAN address? 192.168.1.?/24 I am guessing. Nothing else and only TCP.. So can not even ask for dns which is udp.

I want it to work as a normal router .
Why 192.168.2.80 /32
** 32 was default what pf gave me**
why would you be blocking bogon?
Saw it on youtube setup ??

"After all i did it it was a bug not me ."
Huh?? Tell you for sure /32 is not a bug.. What should it default too.. it defaults to the default in the drop down list.. You as the person setting up a firewall should understand what mask you should set ;)
And it sure and the hell does not set bogon to be blocked on your lan interface out of the box… So you clearly set that.. So how is that a bug?

What did you do to help get this up and running? I have an SG-2220 running newest FW, with wireless installed from pfsense store. They now don't support it supposedly. I can connect to the wireless interface, I can access gui of box, I cannot connect to the web. I have changed every setting I can think of here and rebooted, still no access to web… Hovering mouse over wireless icon shows internet access, but no surf, only access limited to the SG-2220.
I am new at using pFSense equipment, so please talk to me like I'm 12...scratch that, make it easy, talk to me like I'm 5.
I have a temporary setup that will change as soon as I get this thing configured properly.
I have cable modem, going to a netgear nighthawk 8000(will be removed later) The Netgear hands out DHCP to the pfsense box WAN, I can connect via ethernet cable to LAN side and surf, when connecting via wireless, no surf but access to the box. What and where can I input the config here to get help TS this thing?Name pfSenseCapri.localdomain

I don't know what I did, but I changed a couple DNS settings, rebooted and it's working… , weird, I have had this configured e3xactly like this 3 or 4 times already and it wouldn't work, so, maybe just the reboot did it??

"I don't know what I did"
Completely agree there. You not knowing what you did is not a bug that is for sure ;)
