In web GUI I used menu vpn->openvpn->client export

Fill in the form, at the bottom are a lot of selections of how and where you want it to go.
I downloaded it to my computer.

Depends what you mean.  Are you looking for the Client Export package or the actual .conf files to look at?

If you want to review your .conf files, they are located in /var/etc/openvpn

I am looking for the conf files specifically so I can put the file into C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config\

I have attached some images of the openvpn section. Maybe I am missing something.

The openvpn-client-export package, as pretty much everyone has already pointed out.  While it's purpose is to download the entire installer to make it really easy to install on the client, you can extract your .ovpn file out of it if that's all you're looking for.

Unfortunately, we still need clarification on what you're asking:

                  • Your original question stated:

How do I download my client conf file?

If your PFsense box is the client-side of a site-to-site tunnel and you are indeed looking for your client conf file, then I've already stated that all your OpenVPN .conf files are located in /var/etc/openvpn.  The server config will be server1.conf and the client config will be client1.conf.

                  • If you've configured a Remote Access Server and you're looking for your client configs (.ovpn and certs) so your road warriors can connect, that is exported via the Client Export Utility, but per your screen shots… you currently do not have any clients to export.  You will see client configs available for export after you've added users to PFsense (System -> User Manager -> Users).
