Web Proxy Blacklist

Hallo,

I've successfully configured pfblockNG and Squidguard to keep students in my network from accessing unwanted websites, but I'm still struggling to keep them from accessing the sites via web proxies such as hide.me. Do any of you know of an - ideally free - blacklist dealing with such sites?
