Help! Locked out of WebGUI

I was changing settings in the web interface and somehow locked myself out of the web UI. I was trying to open up access because I had restricted access to the management interface following this and needed to open it back up. I'm not sure what I did.

I still have access through SSH for my user, what should I do to try and get access back to the web interface?
