Cannot Connect to URL through Squid

Hello,

I'm having problems trying to connect to. http://www.liveatc.net/flisten.php?mount=cyul_app&icao=cyul through the latest version of squid. I added CIDR network 69.36.224.0/19 to Bypass Proxy for these destination IPs but still unable to connect.

If I disable the Transparent HTTP Proxy or disable to Squid Proxy, I'm able to connect. I'm not sure what other configuration changes I can make so any help would be much appreciated.

Well I finally got it to work by adding the CIDR networks in the Bypass Proxy for these Destination IPs field under the Squid Package but I believe there is a problem if I replace the entry with an alias. After adding the alias I was no longer able to connect.

Is this a bug or an error on my part?

Your help would be much appreciated.
