Allow a port from only select countries & block all others

i have a need to block access to a Port from all countries except maybe a few. i'm totally new to pfblockerng. so i began with a backup.

now when i played around, i ended up blocking everything out. luckily i was able to go back ::)

so i'm reaching out to ya'll. any idea how i can do this?
